LED Bulbs at subsidised prices for e-city employees

The Domestic Efficient Lighting Programme (DELP) will provide high quality 9W LED bulbs at an affordable rate to consumers. This is implemented by Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL), a Joint Venture Company of PSUs of Ministry of Power, Government of India.

Under this scheme, 9W LED bulbs will be provided to consumers at an affordable rate, which at present is Rs.100 per bulb.  The LED bulbs carry a technical warranty for 3 years against any defects. The market price of these bulbs is between Rs.350 – Rs.450.  Consumers can save between Rs.120 – 180 on power bills annually, and thus recover the cost of the LED bulbs in 8-9 months!

A Kiosk will be set up in ELCIA parking area inside old Ramakrishna Hospital Complex from 31st March 2016, for all employees/members on full payment upfront basis, to buy up to 10 LED bulbs of 9 Watt for Rs. 100 for each bulb. This facility will be extended only to the employees on production of employee ID card.

To set up a kiosk in your firm,  contact Mr. Sumanth H Nayak Mob No: 9148551877.

Check DELP National Dashboard – www.delp.in to visualise the real time basis LED distribution across India.
