MOU between ELCIA Cluster & ISBR Group of Institutions

ISBR Group of Institutions signed an MoU with ELCIA and ELCIA Cluster to empower the growth of MSMEs in and around Electronics City

It was a proud moment for ISBR Group of Institutions, and ELCIA and ELCIA Cluster, as they have signed an MOU with the objective of empowering the growth of MSMEs in and around Electronics City through the creation of the state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facilities on a shared basis to address the common issues such as technology up-gradation, R&D, skill training, quality improvement, market access etc. with the ultimate objective of being a complete product development hub.


Mr. Manish Kothari, MD of ISBR Group of Institutions called this association a great leap towards ISBR connecting to the industry and supporting them in furthering their growth. He was of the opinion that this will also benefit the students in a number of ways such as internships, placements, live projects, live case studies, prototype development, entrepreneurship, mentorship and more.

Ms. Rama N S, CEO, ELCIA & ELCIA Cluster has called this association as a step in the right direction of industry working closely with academic institutions. She said that the students through this association will get a chance to support various initiatives of ELICA such as Swacchatha Abhiyan, spreading awareness of ELCIA, supporting the government schools and more. She also said that this association will provide access to direct skilled manpower to the industry.

Electronic City Industrial Township Authority (ELCITA) and Electronic City Industry Association (ELCIA) are cohosting a meeting of HR Heads of companies located in Electronics City, Bengaluru on 8th Feb 2021 on “Implementation of POSH” and achieving “Workforce Diversity through Veteran Hiring” for the first time. Ms. Rama NS, LtGen PG Kamath, former Commandant of Army War College, and Wg Cdr LP Joshi, former Operations Director of HCL, are the esteemed speakers.
