Opening For Trust Executive

ELCIA invites applications from candidates with a graduation degree with 6 months of experience. The eligible candidates can apply for the post by sending their detailed CV to admin.manager@elcia.in.

Qualification: Any graduation degree

Work experience: 6 months


a. Good in spoken English, Kannada with good communication skills
b. Demonstrates a keen interest in CSR and Sustainability
c. Skilled in writing
d. Strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to interact and communicate
with stakeholders (NGOs, Corporates, etc.)
e. Skilled in maintaining relationships and partnerships with external organizations and with senior
f. A self-motivated person

Job responsibilities:

a. Working in partnership with a range of people, including clients, employees, suppliers, charities and other groups
b. Developing and actioning Elcia’s social responsibility strategy, making sure it meets legal and commercial needs.
c. Organizing events for employees, their communities and encourage links between the company and educational or charitable groups
d. Spreading the word in schools and local organizations about the company and construction in general
e. Maintain and update database of relevant CSR bodies
f. Backstopping for office administration

Key responsibility areas:

  • Play a role in the scouting, planning and relationship building with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) wings of relevant corporates.
  • Take lead and in relevant cases support pitching different ideas and concepts to CSRs.
  • Promote the visibility of IFHD before internal and external audiences, including building online communities through Web presence, social media, and social networking sites.
  • Act as an internal knowledge resource on the issue of CSR as it pertains to general information dissemination. Monitor key trends, competitive activity, and other issues of interest to the company.
