Quasitum e-City gets EDGE Green building certificate from World Bank


World Bank/IFC along with GBCI, has issued the EDGE green building certificate for Quasitum’s Ecity building. This is the first office building in India to be certified by World Bank and comes it after an extensive audit. The final certification after installation of equipment will take the energy savings up to 43%.

Quasitum q-four, a 110,000+ sq ft (SBA) office GREEN building goes ‘beyond green’ by combining energy efficiency with ecologically smart construction to create a superior work environment in Electronics City, Bangalore.
