Manager – Skill development and training
Reports to Sr Manager and CEO on need-based
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the ELCIA Skill development center
- Planning training projects as per the requirement of the industry
- Coordinating with the candidates and companies for the placements
- Managing end-to-end training programs
- Responsible for running the training Center.
- Interacting with Govt for approvals and reimbursements
- Reporting the outcome periodically to ELCIA committee and Govt
Skills Required:
- Good Communication skills
- Mandatory: Good Knowledge of CMKKY, PMKKY, and NAPS programs.
- Self-driven, good interpersonal skills, service-minded, proactive and result-oriented
- Traveling to rural areas for convincing candidates and sourcing
- Ability to convince young aspirants regarding the importance of skill development
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduation + MBA
- 6-8 years experience in Skilling and Vocational training
- Read, write, and speaking ability in Kannada and English
- Computer literate
