Manager – Skill development and training

Reports to Sr Manager and CEO on need-based

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ELCIA Skill development center
  • Planning training projects as per the requirement of the industry
  • Coordinating with the candidates and companies for the placements
  • Managing end-to-end training programs
  • Responsible for running the training Center.
  • Interacting with Govt for approvals and reimbursements
  • Reporting the outcome periodically to ELCIA committee and Govt

Skills Required:

  • Good Communication skills
  • Mandatory: Good Knowledge of CMKKY, PMKKY, and NAPS programs.
  • Self-driven, good interpersonal skills, service-minded, proactive and result-oriented
  • Traveling to rural areas for convincing candidates and sourcing
  • Ability to convince young aspirants regarding the importance of skill development

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduation + MBA
  • 6-8 years experience in Skilling and Vocational training
  • Read, write, and speaking ability in Kannada and English
  • Computer literate
