Manager – Skill development and training

Reports to Sr Manager and CEO on need-based

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ELCIA Skill development center
  • Planning training projects as per the requirement of the industry
  • Coordinating with the candidates and companies for the placements
  • Managing end-to-end training programs
  • Responsible for running the training Center.
  • Interacting with Govt for approvals and reimbursements
  • Reporting the outcome periodically to ELCIA committee and Govt

Skills Required:

  • Good Communication skills
  • Mandatory: Good Knowledge of CMKKY, PMKKY, and NAPS programs.
  • Self-driven, good interpersonal skills, service-minded, proactive and result-oriented
  • Traveling to rural areas for convincing candidates and sourcing
  • Ability to convince young aspirants regarding the importance of skill development

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduation + MBA
  • 6-8 years experience in Skilling and Vocational training
  • Read, write, and speaking ability in Kannada and English
  • Computer literate

Executive – Skill development and training

Reports to Manager Skill development and training and Senior manager need-based

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating with College Principals regarding projects
  • Responsible for creating awareness about the course details to students and convincing them to join the courses and building pipeline candidates.
  • Building strong relationships with companies in understanding their requirement
  • Ensuring companies participate in the ELCIA events and sessions

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in Kannada and English
  • Knowledge of CMKKY, PMKKY, and NAPS Programs will be added advantage
  • Need to be service-minded, proactive, result-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Job requirement:

The job requires traveling to rural areas when required

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduation
  • 2 years experience in a training center or related establishment
  • Computer literate

Telemarketing executive

Report to Sr Admin Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Do tele calling for getting the students enrolled for training
  • Do tele calling for the promotion of any event
  • Tele calling to collect data
  • Tele calling to companies on a need basis
  • Coordination / regular admin work

Educational qualification:

  • General graduation
  • Good communication skills in Kannada and English
  • Computer literate
  • Smart freshers are welcome, experience of 6 months to 1 year will be added advantage
