We have two job vacancies, one for mechanical faculty and one for electronics. The requirements are listed below.
- Mechanical Faculty
- Education: Diploma with 5 – 6 years experience/engineering in Mechanical with 3-4 years experience as lab instructor or real-time CNC operations and programming experience of 5-6 years
- Job profile: Training the School dropouts, ITI, Diploma, and Engineering students on real-time working CNC machines.
- Skills required: Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Electronics: same as above, but the subject of experience should be in component identification, preparation of Component layout drawings suitable for PCB assembly, component bending and forming requirements, knowledge of tools required for PCB Assembly, Knowledge of effects of ESD, prevention and use of protective equipment, earthing and grounding, process of removing moisture content in bare PCBs, Bare Board testing (BBT), temperature control during soldering, prevention of blow-hole formation and dry solder joints, knowledge of techniques used in soldering SMDs, time management, quality standards in PCB Assy. Housekeeping in the work table, Cleaning of PCBS assy. after soldering. Stacking and string assembled PCBs.
